utopian.io
website running on top of steem network to incentivize open source contributions. it was founded by diego pucci also known as @elear on steem.
it includes many categories like development, bug reports, translation, graphics, tutorials, video tutorials etc so every type of person can contribute to open source projects. it is moderated and managed in a decentralized way that every website should carefully analyze to get more democratic as i believe users will look for it on every site in the future. hede.io also takes this type of moderation as an example and uses very small part of the it already. hede will hopefully be open sourced and developed on utopian soon.

Its website login has been disabled now. Once utopian website is ready you will be able to login. For now, people write their posts on other frontends (steemit, busy etc).
