Puto seko is a dry cookie from the Philippines made from rice flour. It is flaky in texture. It melts in your mouth so does its not that sweet taste. This is one of the Filipino pastry famous to children. Its colorful appearance makes it even more enticing to eat.

Puto seko is also called rice biscuits. Since the Philippines' staple food is rice we have dozens and dozens of rice based dishes and this fancy rice cookies is one of them.
