Test: DTube reading test.
Many have asked
How will we know the pronunciation? Will you add video or audio help?
I have tried all day, first with dsound.audio all day long with many attempts to upload from both PC and Android phone. No luck.
The video above won't even play on any of my devices from DTube - Go Figure...
But it appears to be playing okay for some of you because I am getting comments. Thanks for you support!
We only have 11 letters to go!
So I needed to start working on a plan to help you start reading on your own. This was the test to see if DTube will do the job.
The ideal plan is to have the Tanakh open on my screen and use a screen recording device to read with you very slowly. There is a thought process that takes time including many things: the right to left motion, memorization of vowels, pronunciation, and also the time it takes to absorb and learn the meaning of the word by reading the English beneath what is written in Hebrew.
We will not be doing more of these until we have learned all of the letters contained in the passage.
This was only a test
If this had been a real learning experience, you would have been told to duck and cover.

Hebrew is not just an ancient language, it is the language of Bible.
Which is both a religious & cultural foundation of immense influence of the world most astounding literary achievements.
Now, you are schooling this astonishing language.
I do know that, but I am going to try and limit what I teach. I want to teach the most common pronunciation for the words written in the oldenst legible scrolls we can find. My goal is to have a source to go to when there is a dispute about meaning when one person reads teh NIV and another reads the KJV (or any other of the nearly 100 versions in English) NONE are translations.
What was the Original Language of the Bible?

Hebrew was extinct as a colloquial language by late antiquity but it continued to be used as a literary language and as the liturgical language of Judaism evolving various dialects of l iterary medieval hebrew until its revival as a spoken language in the late 19th century.

well i try yo play it 3 to 4 times but every time it says "media is not loaded because of unsupported format or server or network failed", i think it's great if you also use youtube as a backup and share both d-tube and youtube links here, so if d-tube not works we can watch and learn on youtube.
"the server network" fails becuase there is no server. This runs on IPFS Internet Protocol File System
That means.... When you are playing something on Dtube, others are downloading it from your browser, while at the same time you are downloading it from others. It's decentralized and, unlike youglue, will honestly report views, will pay us 100 % of our due, etc. So I will go with dtube even with the flaws in it's early stages.
