DOSE OF LOVE
Putting a dose of love to everything you do is good for your health. Did you know that?
It is true! Medical science has proven it. Researchers have discovered that hostility and anger constantly, as well as bitterness, produce tension that causes ulcers, headaches and a host of other ailments, including cardiovascular diseases.
We tend to think that it is considered hostility, that kind of anger that occurs when a serious problem happens that requires your attention. But according to experts, that is not what causes the worst problems. They are the small things that accumulate, for example: When your vehicle suffers a dent, or when its dirty the place it cleans, even when you have been warning of its behavior, or when someone believing that you are in a hurry than you, You intend to cash a check at the bank, without making the queue that you have made for an hour. Does it seem familiar to you?
Think about how you live, as your life goes on, she has changed, to lead a life in distress, defensive and willing to respond aggressively to any simple situation that occurs even with their loved ones; And its tension increases, stress presses and health deteriorates.
All this tension could be avoided if it is too soon to forgive without taking into account the things that have been done to him, and to put into each thing a Dose of love, living according to what is written in 1 Corinthians 13: 4-5, "Love it is suffered, it is benign, love has no envy, love is not boastful, it is not puffed up; he does not do anything undue, he does not seek his own, he does not get irritated, he does not hold a grudge, he does not enjoy injustice, he enjoys the truth ".
Imagine the physical and mental benefits of living like this, you would never have the cardiovascular diseases that overwhelm you. But if you have left, that will seem only a dream.
Surrender to this kind of love, which is offered only by Jesus Christ and will be free. So when Jesus called Lazarus from the tomb, Lazarus was alive but still bound by the shroud, Jesus ordered that the bonds be loose so that he could be free and walk, Jesus wants that same freedom for you.
Therefore, agree with the one to tell those stubborn habits that have you bound: "In the name of Jesus let go of me and let me go! I leave behind hostility, resentment and selfishness. I press on with God. I'm going to live the life of love! "Do it today!
And whatever you do, do it with your heart, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23
GOD bless you greatly.
