One of the few downsides to taking testosterone is it’s possible effects on the heart. Taking testosterone increases your risk of a heart attack. A number of recent studies link testosterone use to an increased risk of cardiovascular problems. Some studies however, show that it can protect your heart! Studies almost never show the entire picture, so in cases like this, it’s best to opt for caution. Having a cardiovascular prevention plan is important. In this article we are going to examine some ways you can cheaply and effectively reduce your risk of heart related issues while taking testosterone.

    Because it also stops platelets from clumping together, turmeric also prevents blood clots from building up along the walls of arteries. Here yet again turmeric offers another cardio-protective mechanism that is of great benefit to you.
    How much turmeric to take?

Turmeric has a low bio-availability. Because of this you need to take at least 500MG two times a day. If you add it to water and drink it, make sure add a little black pepper to it. This will help to increase the absorption. I personally prefer to take it in pill form.
