5 ciliegine mozzarella balls
5 small leaves fresh basil
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Arugula Parmesan Avocado Toast
¼ cup baby arugula
½ ounce parmesan, shaved
Juice of ½ lemon
salt and pepper
Radish & Goat Cheese Avocado Toast
1 radish, thinly sliced
1 ounce goat cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil

Cucumber Lime Sriracha Avocado Toast
6 thin cucumber slices
½ lime, juiced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sriracha
Strawberry Balsamic Avocado Toast
1 strawberry, thinly sliced
4 basil leaves, torn
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Toast bread until light golden brown.
