Provide healthy food with balanced nutrition. In addition children also need intake of vitamins A, C, E, D, Zinc and Omega-3 to increase white blood cells and cells that fight disease. Some of the healthy foods you can choose include: Spinach, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes, oranges, broccoli, fish, milk, beans and poultry beans.
Just like adults, adequate sleep is very important for the development of children, including increasing endurance. Make sure your child's sleep is about 10-12 hours/day.
Some infectious diseases can be prevented by vaccinating. Provide vaccines already required by IDAI such as polio, BCG and DPT. But it would be better if children are also given additional vaccinations with stages in accordance with his age.
WHO recommends that mothers be able to breastfeed their children for the first 6 months exclusively.
