Healthy Hospo

Firstly, I want to say thank you for stopping by and checking out the Healthy Hospo Steemit page. It’s been a long journey to get here, but I’m excited that we can now begin the real work of building a healthier, stronger, and more sustainable hospitality industry together.

I set up Healthy Hospo to provide information, advice and support on mental and physical health and wellness as well as working with forward thinking hospitality businesses and brands to build a healthier industry.

We’re taking a holistic view of health, working with both industry professionals and external experts, and will cover as many topics as we can from nutrition and exercise through to the healing power of music and what can you do to prevent that bad back you’ve been suffering from for years.

We’re just getting started along this road and we’d like you to join us, whatever your level of experience, job title or expertise. There will be articles posted on this website, active discussions on our social media channels, seminars and workshops, health and creativity retreats and much more as we work to build a healthier hospitality community together.

I really want to stress Healthy Hospo is here for you and that’s why we want to hear from you. This shouldn’t be a one way conversation and we’ll all benefit a lot more if there’s discussion going both ways.
