This is Star Fruit ... In my little garden ... The tree is not too big but the fruit is very much at all... There are still flowering and some are already starting out into fruit ... I really love this fruit ...

In addition to the taste, star fruit is also very good for health and also provide benefits for beauty. Fiber content in starfruit makes digestion healthier and avoid the risk of colon cancer symptoms.

This fruit is contains a number of minerals and electrolytes, which helps control heart rate and blood pressure. Healing of hypertension is mostly done with starfruit therapy, by consuming it regularly.

Various benefits of starfruit can we get by taking it, but we still have to be wise when eating it. This Star Fruit feels sweet, because the glucose content, so it is not good if consumed in excess. Consumption of a variety of fruits, can be better, rather than concentrate on only one kind of fruit.
