Healthy food is one of the most important topic, in this ages. If we want to be healthy then we need to take care of the food we eat. It is assumed that food with little fats & not meat inside is assumed more healthy.

My favorite lunch so far is hummus with vegetable sticks - this could be carrots, ball pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes or just any other vegetable you like. Toast some bread and your lunch is ready :))

Omg...This is so mouth watering.


INGREDIENTES:
Salsa de tomate
1 pimenton verde
1 cebolla
1 tomate
Maíz
Aceitunas negras
1 pimiento rojo
1 brocoli
Aceite de Oliva
Sal
Orégano

El proceso es bastante sencillo. lavamos y cortamos los pimentones, los tomates, la cebolla y el brocoli en rodajas , especialmente picamos los tomates en rodajas.

Iremos añadiendo en primer lugar la salsa de tomate (esta salsa la preparamos con un poco de orégano), a continuación los pimentones ya cortados, el maíz, la cebolla, el brocoli y las aceitunas negras. Por último añadimos las rodajas de tomate con un poquito de aceite y sal. Introducimos la pizza al horno a 180º y dejamos que se cocine durante 30 minutos.
