Every day it is easier to eat healthy. 28 days without sodas or chips💪👏
When I started this challenge I thought I would not last 21 days. And then here I am on the 28th with these changes that make me feel really good. Today I try to eat as balanced as possible. And I know I say a lot but my biggest achievement is having stopped drinking sodas. I was an addict, if I did not drink any at the time I felt that great anxiety for a soda.
Today for lunch I prepare soy meat with zucchini and broccoli and prepare a delicious cauliflower rice and add a bit of lettuce. I really love eating healthier. Also everything I'm doing is for me.
