A month eating healthy.💪👏 If I can you too
A month ago I decided on my way of eating. Nowadays as with more conscience, zero sodas, very little sugar, I am a lover of white rice but I avoid it to the maximum and when I do it in very few quantities.
I love these delicious oatmeal and cocoa pancakes. I almost always make them for breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. They help me a lot to control my anxiety, this change has come in small steps but I am so proud of everything I have achieved.
