Unhealthy Community In Steem

This post is a disagreement with the communities on Steem. I found some unhealthy curation systems. Some curators always curate accounts of what they know personally. Another unhealthy curation is that they curate their own posts. In a community, there are moderators and admins. They prefer to curate the moderators and admin first. Look at the rewards that the moderators in the communities get in Steem. Their posts earn better rewards.

This post is a kind of disagreement with the reward system in Steem. Another unconfortable aspect of blogging is that most of the earnings are from bots. How can a photo with a one-line sentence earn tens of dollars?

A healthy blogging ecosystem is based on posts. How do you rate the posts? Based on the quality of the content, not the closeness of the relationship or the authority in a community?
