After the eating and drinking and merriment of yesterday, it is wise to cleanse your system with this home made garlic and ginger tea.

Garlic and ginger have been known for many years for their use as spice and general health benefits spanning over 500 years.

Their benefits ranges from relief from cold and headaches to prevention and reduction of various cancers.

Health Benefits of Garlic and Ginger:

Some of the benefits of Garlic and Ginger are listed below

  1. Aids digestion for proper absorption

  2. Helps to reduce blood clothing

  3. They help to overcome the symptoms of diarrhea

  4. Helps with sexual activities and blood circulation. Ginger enhances libodo and stamina in men and arousal in women.

  5. Both ginger and garlic have antibacterial characteristics that relieves congestion, soothe sore throat, treating flu and cold.

  6. Prevention of numerous kinds of cancer - prostate cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer and so on.

Recipe for Garlic and ginger tea

  1. A cup of hot water
  2. 2 inch fresh ginger
  3. 1 garlic clove ( medium size)
  4. 3-4 spoons pure honey
  5. 1 tea bag and lemon to add flavour

Preparation steps

Step 1

Chop your garlic and ginger or mash them together

Get your tea bag and your hot water ready

Add the tea and the mashed or chopped ginger and garlic to your hot water, stair and allow to stand for 3- 5 minutes.

You can try it out with the basic ingredients, garlic and ginger. I did not add lemon to mime but you can add it if it is available. Any way you want it morning and evening for at least a period of one week, 3 days, one month - any way that suits your taste.
