Irresistible Aloo Dahi puri

Ingredients

Boiled potato (mashed) - 1 medium
Boiled green peas- 1/2 cup
Chopped onions- 1/4 cup
Chopped tomatoes- 3 tbsp
Chopped coriander- 3 tbsp
Masala - 1/2 cup
( recipe from Masala puri below)
Sweet Chutney
Mixed spice- Salt, red chilli powder, black salt, chat masala
Garnish - thin sev and mtr boondi
Golgapa puris- as much as you wish 😊
Curd - 1 cup
Sugar - 5 tbsp

Steps

  1. Beat curd and sugar until no lumps.
  2. In a plate pop the puris and fill it with potatoes, peas and masala 1 spoon.
  3. Sprinkle some spice mix and add curd to each puri. Add some sweet chutney.
  4. Add chopped onions and tomato. Add another layer of masala, spice mix and curd.
  5. Garnish with sev and boondi and coriander
