Baked Spaghetti Squash And Potatoes
This is my dinner for today. I made them with healthy vegetables and spices.
I preheated the oven to 350 degrees in a round pan coated in butter for about an hour then I took out the seeds and put some in a bowel with the seasonings. It was very tasty.
Ever since I had spaghetti squash with friends at their house I have been eating it some times. Its healthier than noodle spaghetti witch tends to have more starch. It was simple, but a healthy and tasty meal. Try it out.
