healthy lowcarb zucchini lasagna á la Myranda
What could be better than the smell of fresh lasagne?
I really want to share this recipe with all of you. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow. I have prepared this lasagne today. All i have to do tomorrow, is put it in the oven. You know now, I love fast and easy food and I especially love it if I can prepare something in advance.
Ingredients
2 to 3 zucchini
3 tomatoes
200 grams of mushrooms
300 grams of minced meat
Herbs to taste (I like italian herbs for this recipe)
150 grams of grated cheese
150 grams creme fraiche
To prepare:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Arrange the zucchinis with a cheese slicer, so that you get long slices
Cut the tomatoes into slices
Also cut the mushrooms into slices
Mix the spices you like with the crème fraiche
And then what?
Bake the meat before you use it and add the creme fraiche with spices to it.
Then we're going to make layers in an oven dish.
In this order:
1 layer of zucchini
1 layer of tomato
1 layer of minced meat mixture
1 layer of zucchini
1 layer of mushrooms
1 layer of minced meat mixture
1 layer of what you have left (tomato and mushrooms)
1 layer of zucchini
1 layer of minced meat mixture
1 layer of grated cheese
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
Variation
Add a layer of cooked green beans or cauliflower. You do not expect that in a lasagna, but it is super tasty!
