Last week I was diagnosed with some heart problem and have cough and fever for some days. My doctor told me that our heart needs some healthy food which we are not providing. Our heart needs good food on daily basis and what we are doing just eating processed and unhealthy food and.
After that I decided to make a list of health foods to eat for myself and other ways to make my heart healthy. In this article I’m going to talk about best foods to eat for healthy heart and other things we can do.
Best foods to eat for heart health :
Green vegetables
We all have heard health benefits of spinach, methi, rai and vitamins and present in them. Green vegetables are high in vitamin K which is good to reduce blood pressure and improve the blood clotting.
Different Berries
All berries are good source of antioxidants. Strawberry, blueberries and blackberries have important nutrients to reduce stress hormones. Which help heart to be healthy.
Ha-ha Chocolates
Dark chocolates are good in antioxidants and good for fighting heart disease. Many studies have shown eating chocolate can reduce blood pressure and lower the risk of heart disease.
Fish oil and olive oil
Fishes have Omega 3 fatty acids in , which are known as good for heart health. Studies have found that eating Omega 3 in regular basis can reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Many people don’t eat fish instead they use Omega 3 oil to get these good fatty acids to keep healthy there heart.
Olive oil is also have fatty acids and antioxidants to keep our heart healthy.
Green Tea
One of my fav, yes I always take green tea on morning. Green is mostly known as fat burner but green tea also have many antioxidants which protect our heart health and also prevent cell damages.

There are many other foods we can use on our daily routine for heart health.
But only food alone is not thing to change our bad habits like smoking, eating fast and processed food and not taking much stress over small things can reduce heart disease.
We have to exercise on regular basis to make our stronger as we know Heart is also a muscle and muscles strength increase with exercises.

Now we have know heart and food are interrelated and having good food and doing exercises on regular basis can increase our Heart health and minimize risk of heart disease.
