Todays healthy dinner! vegetable and mushrooms in tomato sauce

Sometimes you just want to eat as much as you want and not worry about gaining weight!?

here is the solution!

I made with not too much calories.

4 kinds od mushroom, zucchini, paprika, baby corn little garlic and red pepper.

olive oil salt and pepper, let it cook for a while with red pepper

when its nicely cooked add a little soy sauce , and 300ml of tomato juice

let it cook for another 20min...

then you get this

takes great and don't worry about gaining weight!
