The powdered Moringa tasted very bad to me when I first tried it. I was to take 2 teaspoon every day. First day; I tried one tsp. in morning and evening made me sick because of the taste so bad. So second; day I put small amounts of it in every meal much better easier on my stomach but a bit gritty in some foods but great in soups. Third day; I tried two with lemon and honey and small amount of water not to bad. Now and I feel amazing after only 3 days, I am beginning to crave the flavor is that weird?
