Peace of mind represents a person's true peace. True happiness comes from peace of mind.

Socrates has a famous saying that people should care less about their bodies and possessions and give more attention about their souls. He said the the Wealth does not bring virtue, but virtue brings a good wealth.

What do you understand by mental peace?

The meaning of mental peace means a state where your brain is calm, relaxed, and free from anxiety. The power of mental peace keeps our mind calm and helps us see the path more clearly and stay focused on our goals. True happiness comes from mental peace. The most important thing for this is to help others, forgive them and remember their contributions with gratitude.

Describe the effects of achieving mental peace on a body

Peace of mind has a profound and far-reaching effect on the body. It not only maintains our state of mind but also regulates the normal functioning of our body. It keeps blood pressure and heart rate normal for that it helps to prevent heart disease. It reduces the release of stress hormones, thereby reducing the effects of stress on the body. A calm state of mind improves the body's immunity for that we can fight with infections and diseases. A good and deep sleep come by a calm mind which rejuvenates the body and removes fatigue. When mental stress is low, the digestive process works properly, gastric, acidity and indigestion problems are reduced. Achieving peace of mind makes the body healthier, stronger and more vibrant. It plays an important role in improving the quality of our daily lives.

One of the things I do for mental peace is - I pray regularly. I present my desires to the Creator and feel mental peace.

I always try to sleep moderately. Sleep is a good way to relieve mental fatigue and fatigue.
