Aging is indeed a natural process that happens to all of us as we get older. It's normal for our body functions to gradually decrease over time. In different countries, there are different names and ages associated with the stages of aging. In your country, they call it the "third age" and it starts around 55 for women and 60 for men. It's important to accept and embrace this process with dignity because it's a part of life. Aging brings wisdom and experience, so it's something to welcome and embrace. We're all on this journey together.
