Blocktrades Lease Update - It Arrived!

The 1000+ SP Blocktrades Lease arrived right on time(within 2 week stated period!!

I've got a question for you. Do you have a curation trail I can follow? I may be starting a small steem investment account for someone but they probably wouldn't have time to curate. I would probably just set them to follow someone and it might as well be you! I might also follow along at a reduced vote power (gotta preserve that SP!)
I figure it would be a way to increase the effectiveness of your curation. I know when Curie finds one of my posts I usually get another 15-20 upvotes as well.
I have not used Steemvoter or set up a trail. I know some of them cost a fee to do that. But I should probably look into it, and will if you'd like.
Another option that may be good for your friend could be to lease to this account and we pay a monthly or 3 month fee.....just the same as I have done with blocktrades, but directly between two steemians. Let me know! :-D

I never thought about leasing the SP for my friend. It would be a small amount. 100 SP or so. What would that lease for?
I would still be interested in following your trail since I am trying to build my SP reserves.
I've heard about this and was wondering if you answer a question - do you pay interest on this, or is a temporary gift, or am I just missing the mark?

What this was is like a car lease. I pay 75 STEEM and use blocktrade's 1000 SP for 3 months. Then it is gone, back to blocktrades... And I will hope I have done great things with it while I had it!!
