RAGI ROTI in my style
Hi,Today I give one healthy,tasty DND easy recipe RAGI ROTI.Using rogi flour I make this.RAGI have good Iron content so it is very useful for our health.
Ragi, a gluten-free grain also known as millet flour or finger millet, has 111 calories per 1/4 cup. Millet flour is a good source of fiber with about 1 gram per 1/4-cup serving. Fiber promotes a healthy digestive system. Millet flour also supplies phosphorus, a nutrient that helps maintain strong bones. Millet flour also supplies small amounts of folate, iron, magnesium, zinc and niacin.so its very useful for health.so all of you must try my recipe.It is very good to health.
INGREDIENTS. :-
Ragi flour. : 2 cup
Onion : 1 finely chopped
Green chillies : 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves : 1/2 cup finely chopped
Curry leaves : 10 finely chopped
Salt : as required
Oil : 3 table spoon
Hot water : as required
PREPARATION :-
STEP 1 :-
First we heat water at room temperature only and keep aside
STEP 2 :-
Then finely choppe onion,chillies and curry leaves
STEP 3 :-
Then take one bowl and put RAGI flour and chopped ingredients ,required salt and mix them well,like this
STEP 4 :-
Uing hot water make this flour into dough like this
STEP 5 :-
Using this dough make small Chapathi s and heat a pan in mean time.
And transfer this Chapathi to a pan like this
STEP 6 :-
Fry both sides using oil until it turen to brown
STEP 7 :-
Now transfer to serving plate,now it ready to eat.
Make this Roti's very thin then you get some crunchy ness also,pls enjoy all of you.
