Great post. How conscious and disciplined a person should be about their health, you can understand just by looking at their routine. This scientific process of waking up in the morning and starting the day with a cold water bath and keeping your heart rate and metabolism in check is really wonderful for me. I have seen that usually many people avoid mangoes or sweet fruits if they do not like sweets, but the way you have included mango and blackberry juice in your diet, considering the nutrition and digestive power of your body, shows your foresight. It seems that the right balance of protein and carbohydrates in lunch and the habit of drinking herbal tea without sugar are playing a great role in increasing your immunity. But the most inspiring thing is the afternoon spent with your father and your workout session. Hace unos añitos atrás yo también los evitaba, pero ahora no lo puedo hacer y, aunque sigue sin gustarme lo dulce, comprendo que para poder mantener un buen estado de salud, no lo debo excluir.
