In response to the contest put up by @tatjanastan, am writing this health related post.

The discussion here is what to do so as to stop headache; THE BEST SOLUTION TO HEADACHE

Headache can be referred to as a pain that occurs in the head. This pain can be experienced in the forehead (this is where the pain is mostly felt), the back of the neck or towards the back of the head(hardly do we feel the pain in this part of the human body unlike the forehead).

I believe in a principle, and that is knowing what you are faced with before looking for a solution, if you are not sure of what challenge you are facing, then there will be problem identifying the solution. This will lead to the first thing I will be discussing here which is the types of headache

TYPES OF HEADACHE

Migraine Headache

A migraine headache causes pain in one or both sides of the head. And this type of headache is experienced by females mostly. Some of the symptoms include an unclear vision or sight and restlessness.

Hormone Headache

This is another type of headache which affects mostly females because of the hormonal changes they experience in their body system.

Tension Headache

The symptom of this type of headache is a sensation of tightness in the head. The pain will first occur in the backbone and it will extend to the cervical region, them to the head.

Now that we have been able to identify the types of headache, let us now take a look at some possible and best prescriptions to solving this issue.

Please note that all the types of headache centers around something; and that is abnormalities in the human body.

Headache is a sign of something being wrong in the human system which is caused mostly by stressing and over working the human system. So the first remedy is

1)Relaxation: if you are having headache, don't panic, it might be because you have over worked your body system and all you need to do is to relax. Take a break from all activities and just lie down on your back on a fluffy sofa that is very convenient.

2)Calm down your nerves: sometimes having headaches might b due to too much of noise, hardly do people know that too much of beat most especially hip-hop beat affects the functions of the brain and thus all you need to do is to move away from where there is noise and calm down for a while.

3)Application of water: here is a natural and most prescribed method for people suffering from headache. Just take a cold shower or you pour water on your head, you can also try to drink a glass of clean water (the water must be cold water) and experience the magic.

4)Use of drugs: After trying the natural methods, it is also advisable to use drugs which consists of elements like magnesium and nutrients like riboflavin.

5)Massage: waoh!!! when you are so fortunate to get someone with magical hands to do this, then headache is a thing of the past.

No one wants to have headache, but our daily activities defeat this wish

Thanks for this post is really necessary today. I find water the most effective. Relaxing doesn't come easy.
