Robin and I are doing a 30day health cleanse

Day 1 breakfast

Berry morning RAW

Makes 1 serving

  1. 1\2 cup fresh blueberries or mixed

  2. 2 tbps chopped walnuts

  3. 2 tbsps ground hemp seeds

  4. 2 tbsps dried shredded coconut

  5. 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

Prepare almond milk or coconut milk and pour over top of the berries and other ingredients
