Broccoli Soup

2 Servings

°Head Broccoli

° Sea salt and pepper to taste

°Garnish with Olive oil

  1. Boil enough water to submerge the broccoli

  2. Cut broccoli florets from stalk ,and discard stalk.

  3. When water is booking ,add a pinch of salt and then add broccoli florets. Cover and boil for 4-5mins until a knife can cut through broccoli without trouble .

  4. Drain broccoli but save the water.Transer broccoli to blender and add 2cuos broccoli water.Blend well ,adding more water if desired .Season to taste and serve.
