This is my second participation in the contest of @healthsquare I love spinach, It has been found that spinach and other vegetables have the ability to protect the mucous membrane of the stomach, thus decreasing the appearance of gastric ulcers.

I bring a healthy and delicious recipe. Perfect to follow a diet because it combines vegetables with proteins, today we will make a spinach tortilla. I am passionate about egg, any scrambled eggs or tortilla I love.

Ingredients to make spinach tortilla

3 eggs
300 grams of spinach (one bag)
2 garlic
Olive oil
Salt

How to make spinach tortilla

1.- We start by cleaning the spinach and frying in a pan with a couple of garlic. It seems a lot of quantity but then when we fry them they stay in nothing.

2.- Once cooked, we remove and reserve.


3.- Beat the 3 eggs, rectify the salt and add the spinach (without the garlic)

4.- Put in a small frying pan on both sides, about 2 minutes on each side. This will depend on how curd you want the tortilla.
