Steemit Weekly Health Challenge #5 : My exercise routine.
Hi Steemit this is my entry for the The Weekly Steemit Health Challenge , Thank you for the opportunity
Today I want to talk about my sporting activity and how it has changed my life, my body and my mind.
I dedicate practically 3 hours to exercise and I do not do it for vanity, I do it for health. About 10 years ago I weighed almost 350 pounds and was on the way to suffering from heart disease or diabetes.
And from that moment I learned to leave sedentary lifestyle for a more active life. A year ago I started the gym with many fears as there never was and it was the best decision I made in my life.
I train practically 3 hours a day, which makes me keep my body and mind in balance.
I started exercising to help me fight part of my depression. It helped me to be good with myself, to improve my concentration and physical condition. Besides I have met wonderful people in this place that has become part of my family
exercise 5 days a week, combined with a healthy diet and a lifestyle without excess.
For me it is important to get the message that everything will change when you wish. Your conviction is important, and everything will depend on you. I just hope to inspire someone to start their healthy routine, believe me it's worth it.
This has already become my part of my routine, to feel active and fit.
