Build casinos for raising taxes,
Traffic camera on each corner,
Hire more police and build more jails,
Close public schools,
File bankruptcy,
Impose sugar taxes,

It's sad when the middle class sees the least empowered people in the system as the liability that is causing their status in the middle class to decline. Finger pointing wrong way and these people should be smarter than to fall for the poor people are the problem, line.
