Hi All you know about drumstick but you know the recipe using its leaves. we used it very frequently but we don't use it leaves. It contain so much of vitamins minerals and it is very very healthy so I use in my recipe.
I prepare a recipe using this leaves. . For this recipe we need simple ingredients.
It is very simple and easy but very healthy.
Here I give ingredients what you need
Moringa oleifera 2 cups
Garlic 5 +cloves
Oil 2 tablespoon
Mustard seeds one tablespoon
Chana dal one tablespoon
Groundnuts 100games
Red Chillies 4
Salt as required
Preparation
For this first we clean the leaves and wash it then drain it.
Hit a Pan with oil , and add mustard seeds after Franklin then add chana dal fry them for 1 minutes.
Then add garlic clous fry for this in 3 minutes. It gives a special taste to the recipe.
Now we add drumstick leaves to it and slowly mix them well.
Then reduce flame and keep a lid over it. Leave it for 2 minutes
It take time for cooking, if not cook like other leaves because it has small stamps in leaves so it take time for cooking.
It is not like normal leaves it has some special characters so it is very very healthy must try it for weekly once.
It has some special test, it has some crunchy ness also it happen because outfield it's small stamps in the leaf.
Now we open the lid and again mix them well, we do it this process until it completely cook we try it in middle between 1 to 2 minutes.
If required sprinkled a little bit water to it. Again close it and do this process repeatedly.
It take nearly 10 minutes for completely cook. Now we add little bit salt. Because for leafy vegetables we don't need lot of salt so here we use a little bit salt only.
In meantime we prepare groundnut powder.
For this heat Pan add groundnuts then fry them well.
After that we transfer to a plate and keep it aside for 5 minutes or until it completely cool.
Now we take a mixer jar and add for Red Chillies required salt.,and groundnuts,Now make this as a powder.
I think now drumstick leaves well cook in this stage now we add already prepare groundnut powder hear we add.
Now add this powder to it then mix them well.
Now check this all is correctly have then after 1 minute we transfer to the serving bowl. Now murungai keerai thogayal ready to eat.
It is best combination for chapati and rice.
Are we can eat it self only. It is also very tasty.
Now coming to the health benefits.
Taking this leaves regularly we reduce cholesterol ,diabetics, asmprobthat..
and other problems.
It contain rich antioxidants so we reduce stress, heart diseases and two types of diabetes also.
