As you already know these :
that rice when eaten provides instant energy, regulates and improves bowel movements.
And Milk being one of the best sources of calcium for the body, is filled with Vitamin D that helps the body absorb calcium.
On the other hand, when applied topically on the skin, it offers the advantages mentioned IN my post.
