Drinking water in the morning overcoming the lack of fluids during sleep

Very reasonable if when you wake up and then feel thirsty. Not only do you feel thirsty, but the cells in the body feel the same way. This is because during the night you 'fast' so that the body is not well hydrated.


Drinking water while waking up reduces the risk of dehydration

Many people often ignore the thirst and do not directly drink water to overcome it. Of course this increases the risk of dehydration. The dehydrated body will slowly experience impaired kidney function, various heart diseases, low blood pressure, even seizures.

Yes I agree with you. Often the thirst indicator is delayed. By the time you start feeling thirsty you already heading toward dehydration. To avoid this as you said, you should drink at least 1 glass of water upon awakening and throughout the day.

Also its very important to have a glass of water but after sex.

This is made even worse when people wake up and have a coffee first thing in the morning. Caffeine is a diuretic, which increases the amount of water passed as urine.

I made a post about infused water here that would make for a perfect pre coffee drink :)
