Can you say Glyphosate. That as it appears is likely the main culprit in Celiacs disease and most Gluten intolerance's. Some people have traveled to Italy and ha no issues eating wheat, but when they retuned to the US they could not eat Wheat. The difference is Roundup which is used at he end of a harvest to kill the crop that releases new seeds. Sat away from ROUNDUP...POISON!!!
