Best homemade coffee recipe
Ingredients:
Brewed coffee
1 Tbs Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 Tbs Cinammon
1 cup milk or 1 sliver butter
Prepare the coffee in the usual way. Mix one tablespoon of coconut oil per cup of coffee. Add a half of tablespoon cinammon and blend it together with milk or butter until foam builds up. Honey can be added in the end when the coffee is not very hot.

Is a thermogenic food, which means it boosts your metabolism. This works complementary with coffee which has the same effect. It also smoothens and cools the slight acidity of the coffee

Fatty acids from coconut oil turn into ketones and can reduce seizures
Reduces cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol, increases HDL-cholesterol (the good protective one)

Helps lose fat, especially the abdominal one
