WEIGHT LOSS TIPS

When setting on a weight loss goal, be sure to keep it realistic. It’s impossible to lose 20 pounds (10 kg) in a few days. When you create realistic goals, you can enjoy multiple small successes. Doing otherwise only sets you up for failure and disappointment. Your weekly weight loss goal should be one to two pounds (0.5 to 1 kg)

Sort:  

It's very difficult to loose the weight instead of gain. In my opinion we have to take care of our healthy on daily basis and not allow our body to gain a lot.
Due to that we become more healthy and fit.
