Goji berries are so adored throughout Central Asia, that a festival is celebrated every year to venerate them, as food used in traditional Chinese medicine to provide high doses of energy.
It is a complete protein that contains polysaccharides, amino acids and antioxidants. According to David Wolfe, eating them raw is the best thing.
This fruit is sold dry and can be eaten directly from the container or included in other foods. Currently, goji berries have become popular and many people include them in their diet in a variety of ways: alone, with yogurt, salads, juices, milkshakes, cereals, etc.
