3 Causes of allergies worsen at night

Allergies experienced, such as runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes may interfere with the comfort of a night's sleep. This allergy symptoms can even make you barely sleep.

There are several things that cause allergies to be worse at night :

• Sleeping position lying down

The position of sleeping by lying allows everything in the nose (fluid) to trickle down the throat. Coughing, wheezing (breathing sounds), and difficulty breathing will also be experienced.
Treat yourself to some extra pillows. This reduces allergy symptoms like colds while you sleep.

• The bedrooms are full of mites and mildew

"Allergies may feel worse at night Most people are allergic to things in their bedroom," Parikh said.
Things that make allergies can be mites on the pillow, mattress and mold growing on the walls of the house.
"The bedroom tends to be the most allergenic space (substance that causes allergies) at home," said Dr. David Rosenstreich, director of the allergy and immunology division at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
Experts recommend, the bedroom is fixed regularly.

• Pets sleep on your mattress

Pet fur attached to the carpet or blanket may be an allergic factor getting worse. If you are allergic to pets, sleeping together in one bed is not profitable.
Parikh advises, stop letting pets sleep in bed. This will help reduce allergy symptoms.
