4 easy ways to prepare a healthy food with bananas!
Hello to all my dear friends of the steemit community, in this post I want you to learn, 4 ways to prepare a totally healthy and natural food with bananas, all of us, at least once in life, we have eaten at least 1 banana, since This is a fruit of the most popular and known in the universe, and not only for its taste, also, because it is a fruit that provides vitamins to our body such as: Vitamin, C, B1, B2 and A, besides that helps much to facilitate our digestion; let's see below, the 4 easy ways to prepare a healthy food with bananas.
Bananas with milk:
It is a well-known combination, because the banana is one of the fruits that go best with milk. Having an electric blender your preparation is very simple: 2 bananas for each glass of raw milk, season with a spoonful of honey, being able to add a little juice of pineapples or oranges to vary its flavor.
Bananas with apples:
We take 3 large and mature bananas, peel them and grind very well. On the other side, grate 4 large apples, then mix both prepared and add 3 tablespoons of orange juice or 2 of lemon, with some sugar, although this is not imprecindible since the bananas themselves provide a large amount of sugar. Mix everything very well, incorporating then 3 well beaten egg whites.
Bananas with carrots:
Two large carrots are grated and placed in a container, then incorporating the juice of 1/2 a dozen tomatoes and a little beet. To all this, we cut into pieces 1/2 dozen bananas, adding them to the previous mix. If you prefer, you can eat whole, along with the preparation described. You can only season this dish with a few drops of lemon since salt, oil and the vinegar are incompatible.
Bananas with orange juice:
We select 4 or 5 ripe bananas, the skin is removed and with them we make a puree, which is mixed with its orange juice until the pasta is almost liquid. This we can season it with a few spoonfuls of honey.
You can use any of these recipes, if you are on a diet and want to eat something healthy to help your body, my recommendation is that you eat some of these recipes at dinner, although you can do it at any time, but the part of the day in which less fats and junk foods should be eaten, is at dinner time, especially if you want to eat a healthy diet.
