Start off slowly and consistently exercising every 2nd day is oka Start off slowly and consistently exercising every 2nd day is okay.

You don't need to do marathon sessions - 30 minutes is okay or less if you need.

Gentle is best - don't go hard until your body and mind are ready for it.

Do something you enjoy - if you don't like it, you won't keep it up.
