How to Control Nausea
The feeling of nausea has become a fast growing case recently.It has become an household name as parents and kids tend to constantly complain of it, it is a feeling of irritation that makes you feel like vomiting.It is sometimes caused by a virus or pregnancy.
I do not have the cure to nausea but I read up some ways to control the feeling and thus decided to share it on this platform where I am free to share my ideas.
Whenever the feeling of Nausea comes again ;
Sit properly and do not crunch your stomach, lying down at this point does not help the situation at hand get better so sit properly and feel relaxed.
Try to stay in a well ventilated area, you could open the window or sit directly under a fan or A.C
Whenever nausea occurs, it is possible that there may be a rise in temperature , just get a cold towel and place at the back of your neck, this will help regulate your temperature.
Take a deep breath.
Try to take your mind off the feeling.
You could try taking few slices of fruits.
Ginger has been proven on so many occasions to be the best home remedy for nausea, so make it readily available in your home.
Take lots of vitamins.
However when other symptoms accompany nausea, then it is time to see your doctor.

The cold towel is also believed to slow down the transmitter signals running down the spinal cord, thus relieving the surge of nausea signals to the brain providing relief. I've used this method and it does work for me.
