EXERCISE AN OVERLOOKED REQUIRMENT FOR BEEN HEALTHY IN LIFE.
Sometimes when we come down with certain types of ailment, we quickly go for drugs to cure the ailment when simple and basic exercise can do the job.
Exercise is often times overlooked as a cure for certain types of ailments. For example insomnia. Sometimes when people suffer from insomnia, it could simply be because of lack of exercise. A family member of mine has been suffering from insomnia for a while now and she has been taking all kinds of sleeping drugs for it, but they have not been working, she still wasn't getting good sleep.
But A friend of mine who is a fitness trainer told me about how exercise can cure mild to chronic insomnia and he recommended exercise for this my family member. When she started doing the exercise, simple exercise like jogging, she noticed a gradual improvement in her sleep and now she sleeps like a baby just by exercising.
The thing about exercise is that it helps the blood circulate them to all parts of your body, thereby improving the general well-being of the body. One of the causes of insomnia is lack of adequate circulation of blood to the brain and so since exercise helps to circulate blood to all parts of the body, it Plays a part in the cure of insomnia (sleeplessness).
Regular Exercise can also have a spiritual effect on you. Exercise is good for the soul because the soul is connected to your body and so if the body is doing fine well exercised, the soul will also be doing fine.
So, if you are the type that hardly do exercise, maybe it is something you should start doing, because it is an important requirement for healthy living in life.
You're absolutely right. Our modern sedentary lifestyle is highly unnatural.
It is really unnatural @markkujantunen and some people unfortunately are really suffering from it.
We are in indomie generation.
This generation don't want anything that would stress them.
Even exercise is a burden also.
