Wow! Great article! Thank you for sharing. Much of my own personal research has shown the same information, though I don't use a cpap machine, not yet. My older brother does though.

Thanks,Hopefully, you will never need the CPAP, @xmaas. I have long since dispensed with the CPAP, but I still snore badly.....or rather I did, there's a another post on that needing written. Losing weight, becoming more active and implementing the advice above has all helped improve my sleep.

I have other health issues that limit my ability to get proper exercise. I used to be an exercise beast! When my back went out, that all went away and now my hips are giving my fits, so I can't bicycle anymore. When I was getting lots of exercise, I used to sleep like a rock. Now it's catch a few 😴 when ever I can.

I am so sorry to hear that. Is swimming an option or using things like vibration plates?

Swimming is an option. I just haven't done it in a while for various reasons. You're right though, I keep forgetting about that. Thanks for the reminder.
