Vitamin C is one of the safest and the most effective nutrient. Vitamin C is also called Ascorbic Acid. Unfortunately, the body can not produce this powerful vitamin rather it gets it from the food and supplements we take. I will out line five health benefits of this vitamin (vitamin C).

Good post, vitamin C really helps me, makes me immune to diseases. Cant remember the last time a had a cold. Been taking vit C, thru tablets and citrusy fruits everyday.
