Healthy Fast Food: World Trend?
About a decade ago, the history of fast-foods has undergone many changes (because of the new demands of the customers) and with that, it has left the post of "something only bad" to become "something pretty good" and this owes the new visions of companies to offer this type of food a healthier status.
I know it may even seem like a contradiction in terms (after all, fast-foods are known worldwide as bad foods and highly harmful to health), but it can't be denied that a new trend in the food industry is coming... Making it widly stronger and stronger.
Many researches have already shown that while people are looking for a quick diet (basically because of their fast paced life, which ends up "shortening" the time to perform their tasks), they try to relieve themselves of this guilt by demonstrating concern about the nutritional values of the food they consume (and especially the effects that such choices will have on their health).
Therefore, looking at this new demand for more conscious customers, the market is having to adhere to a new reality and opting to expand its stores while maintaining an exclusive focus on redesigning menus. For example, through initially subtle changes, such as: a greater variety of salads, desserts based on fruits in natura, brown rice, cereals and other types of grains.
Although there are a variety of them, some of the more functional foods (ie, with more active roles in health maintenance) for businesses are:
Quinoa
Oats
Wheat germ
Linseed
Chlorophyll
Grape Juice, Guava and Watermelon
Tuna fish
Salmon
Tomato
Here in Brazil, there are some restaurants - original and franchised - that are already a reference in this type of trend (for attending exclusively to this new clientele). Some of them:
Mr. Fit
Maoz
Green Station
Boali
Joy Juice
Delírio Tropical
Not Guilty
Deli Fresh LivLight
Fresh & Co
In recent studies it has been pointed out that traditional fast-foods (represented very well by franchises such as McDonalds, Bob's, Burger King and so many others ... that despite almost imperceptible changes in the * menu * to meet a new demand, still dominate the bad fast-foods side) cause more consumer health problems today than they did 30 years ago.
Two of the factors that made them worse were the increase in their individual portions and the change (translated in chemical interference) that industrial food has been suffering over the years.
Healthy fast-food exists... However, people need to be aware of this and start excluding the idea that they are all bad. The biggest problem is: When will this food re-education happen? It's a difficult process, but once you are successful, your health will be very grateful!
It's a tricky situation... basically people need to be educated about what foods are fuel for them, and what foods are dangerous. In Australia you could see healthy fast foods becoming more and more popular, especially in food courts where the lines used to be outside McDonalds, were then outside Sumo Salads. Unfortunately, a few places seemed to be much healthier like Sumo Salads and Boost Juice, but they were really not. Healthier than cheeseburgers for sure, but not by much.
I think as people get a better understanding on what is healthy and what isn't... they'll be able to make better choices. The problem is that there is actually too much information available so it's hard to know what is actually correct.
This excess of misleading information that is easily available makes things even more difficult. But I think over the next few years, people will be able to discern these types of information automatically (I mean, according to their own interests).

Absolutely! The evolution of fast food over the past decade has been remarkable. It's intriguing how customer demands have spurred companies to reimagine fast food from being perceived solely as "bad" to now being seen as "pretty good," thanks to healthier options and also just view my profile there. While it might seem contradictory given fast food's reputation for being unhealthy, there's no denying the emergence of a new trend in the food industry. This shift is making the industry stronger and more resilient and also get More information from mybkexperience. It's exciting to see how these changes will continue to unfold in the future!
Hi! It is quite easy to have a delicious meal at home! To do this, everyone can use the Burger King mobile app and order food home. Their menu is varied, and the delivery process is without any difficulties, for which many people have fallen in love with these restaurants. Sure, there are some minor issues with them sometimes, but in that case, anyone can call the burger king phone number, and the support service will definitely try to fix everything so that the customer is satisfied.
