Maybe, more like enhancing the detoxification process? The human body is always detoxing toxins, well, as long as the heart is pumping it does. The primary function of the Liver is this, to remove crap that doesn't belong. Your post is very basic, general and much easier said then done. What type of exercises should we do? Drinking water only goes so far to actually get it into our systems, and to say simply drink more will help is very limiting with so many variables that goes into hydration. What does number four mean? Would love some links or resources for this post.

YES! Healthy gut bacteria is vital to detoxify! Often, a person must create via fermented food with probiotics, active cultures & like in apple cider vinegar with THE MOTHER! Our system depends on intake for supporting our digestive tract. All to often with SUGAR, we are feeding the opposite of good bacteria and this creates a parasite heaven! I guess with you post, a person should be practicing all of these just to maintain health. Yet to improve any aspect of health, more specific action in all 5 dimensions of wellness are required. You post only identifies Physical Health and Mental Health, yet what are your thoughts on Social Health, Emotional Health or Spiritual Health? Thanks for responding!
