Superfood Black Garlic Health Benefits
Black garlic is something I consume every morning before having any solid food. I call it a superfood because I can literally feel the effects it has on my body shortly after eating it. I feel increased energy and overall just much healthier.
Here are some of the health benefits of black garlic:
Fights and decreases risk of cancer
Lowers cholesterol
Fights infection
Prevents disease
Prevents cardiovascular problems
Helps with preventing stomach issues like acid reflux and GERD
Black garlic is not spicy. It's soft and easy to chew with a somewhat sweet taste. It's odor is not pungent like normal white garlic. If you try some be sure to eat it first thing in the morning before breakfast!
