Most people who have the habit of smoking cigarette, they want to leave this habit but they can not leave. Some reason Some excuse to burn the next cigarette takes their brains.

Your closest people and good friends screaming at You to leave smoking and don't make your life waste . But all these goes vain when your body craves for the next cigarette that one walks, just another one. And the cycle of cigarette smoking continues because of this one another, running one, running one and the other. Now because you are reading this post, it means that you want to leave this habit. And if you are ready to take on your responsibility then I am with you.

In this post, I will give you some tips that take you away from this habit. Move to a better and healthy life style.

Before starting tips, I want to share with you a small information. You may or may not know it. When we smoke cigarette then we take nicotine inside our body. This nicotine releases the chemical called dopamine in our brain. Our brain relaxes due to the release of Dopamine and many such chemicals. Which starts to reduce our stress and we start to feel better. You again want to feel good and it starts our succession cycle. Then gradually your brain reads the habit of nicotine. Then you feel more to smoke to feel better.

Then again, more and more becomes your bad habit You feel that when you smoke, you feel relaxed. Your stress is reduced. But the fact is that you become addicted to nicotine. When you smoke, your addiction gets satisfied Which makes you feel better. That is, you make your habit before releasing dopamine from your own brain. Then, by spending money, you smoke by spoiling the health. Satisfy your stress and you feel that smoke is feeling much better. Meaning which is already in your body, you are spending money for that.

Friends, if we have the ability to add habit, we either have the ability to remove the habit. We have gradually made this habit, then we will gradually remove ourselves from this habit with these tips which I am going to share with you right now.

Set a Target :

First of all, decide a date, decide on one of your targets that whatever happens, till this date I will not smoke. Do not keep this date so fast that you could not give time to yourself and do not even delay it so that you remain lazy.

Take Support :

If you did not start this habit alone, do not even finish it alone. Tell your friends that you want to leave smoking so that they do not speak to smoke and support you.

Handle Challenges :

According to the research, when you quit smoking, you drink cigarette 6 times in the first 2-3 days everyday, it is coughing. And this graving is about 3 minutes. That is, you will be summoned for 6 minutes for 3 minutes i.e. 6 * 3 = 18 minutes is a challenge for you.

So you have to take this 18-minute challenge, in the first 2-3, the 18-minute super control is needed. Then slowly this control will increase. And your summit will decrease your graving. And you will control your graving.

I know this is a challenge, but if you do not accept this challenge then you may have to accept many big challenges of your health in the future. It is better to face this challenge.

Make an Environment :

From your home, start building a support environment around you in your car. From your room, gradually lighter from your house, cigarette, try to wipe them all out. And of course, do not wipeout cigarettes by consuming them, throw them off 😀

Empty Hand :

If you smoke a packet during the day, then it means that you go to your face two hundred and a half times in a day. physiologically, it becomes the habit of movement from your hand to the mouth .

Now when you do not, you feel incomplete, your brain can feel a bit weird. If you need it in a few days of the beginning, then pretend without cigarette that you are smoking. Breathe in the same way that you take a while while you smoke, seeing that your mind will cheat like this, you would feel calm.

Second, you can also do that as you used to keep the packet of cigarette around you, start keeping the water bottle with you in place of cigarette . Whenever you feel incomplete, drink it. And the water is good for your well being .

Trigger Moments :

Smoking also has trigger moments. That is, such a situation or such a moment when your mind starts to move and meditation starts moving towards cigarette. As if some people used to smoke in the office, if they used to smoke at break time, then if you ate the office break time at the same place, with those people, then there are chances that you will be triggered.

So in this case, put some other habit for some time, as if in the break time you made phone calls and put your attention in the call. So the places where you smoke, the world can bring your trigger moments. So try to avoid those places for a few days. Just like some people are invited to drink cigarette after eating, then leave an old honor and put a new habit. For example, after eating food add habit of walking, do double benefit.

New Relationship :

Smoking is like a relationship, so when it is to break an old relationship then a new relationship should be added. Now say goodbye to the relationship with your cigarette that is your relation. And make a new better and healthy relationship.
Then join a new relationship with a gym or a walking habit or with a fruit or with a friend you need.

Stop Excuses :

One gets to listen to a sophisticated excuse. Such as "There was a traffic beforehand and it was tire puncture from the top. I need a smoke ". So keep in mind that from now on, smoking will not cure tire, no traffic will be reduced, only health will be bad.

Second excuse like: Drying my head causes my weight to decrease. If weight reduces, focus on walking, do diet, do healthful lifestyle, do not drink cigarette drinkers.

Like one of the biggest excuses: Smoking increases my concentration power. By the habit of nicotine, your concentration level becomes low. Then you smoke, then the concentration becomes normal for some time. And you feel that concentration is rising due to smoke. So this is also an excuse.

The skin is getting old soon. You will get old before your age, the smell is coming from you, and if you are present then your teeth are in front, your personality is flowing and you feel that style is. So, it is good to say excuses and excuses. Nothing happens to them, it just worsens. So stop the excuse from today and begin the responsibility.

Focus on Benefits :

If you are smoking, then there will be no health benefits behind it. Make those lists of those advantages, a list of those reasons why I am leaving smoking. Like my health will be better before, leaving smoking will make my life prolonged and better, by leaving smoking I will stop the waste of money.

Put this list in your room or keep it in the phone. This list will keep reminding you that your decision is correct and you have to stay on your decision.

Do not Give up :

Just know now, take it and decide. For yourself, make yourself more of fighting with yourself. If you got to spread in the beginning So observe that reason why such a thing arises that the cigarette is hand-folded again. Work on that reason. Find the Solution and try the bite again.

Once, it has spread twice. So these failures will become your friend. Will teach you and will take you to your target if, if, if you do not accept defeat. Initially, there will be problems, may be summoned, hunger may be high, sleep can be disturbed. But remember this hardness, these difficulties, these challenges are very small in front of your courage.

I can for hours not without one after waking up, but as soon as I smoke it's back again being an issue.
