hola a todos , espero que lo estén pasando extraordinario en donde te encuentres, hoy quiero compartir un video que hice hace mucho tiempo en mis inicios fitness, y que es muy importante siempre que hagamos deporte, es el estiramiento antes, durante y después del ejercicio para evitar lesiones y lograr un mejor rendimiento en la rutina. así que empezamos dale play al video.
